A dystopian future with dichotomous control by the government allowing a sense of freedom but without the means to pursue it. Cultural evolution has ceased, the world is stuck in a perpetual 2024 but with a layer of obsolescence over everything. It’s Russia, but across Europe and aged by 200 years.
A lonely, drug abusing lab technician discover the world was no always as it is. In her battle to learn the truth, past and present unravel, leaving her to decide the future, who lives, and who dies before government agents track her down.
